Deborah Hardnett hails from Atlanta, Georgia, and has more than 20 years of varied business experiences: from sales and marketing to event planning, and real estate, Deborah always strives for the top. Her unwavering work ethic has enabled the development of multi-million dollar revenue producing companies.

She serves as founder and CEO of Deborah Hardnett International (DHI), a global brand development and event management firm. DHI serves as the parent company for brands The Professional Black Woman™, The Winner’s Summit Conference and Expo™ and Wealthy Sistas® Media Group. In addition to authoring Wealthy Sistas-Powerful Personal Stories: Proving You Can Do It Too, she created and hosts the inspiring radio show, Wealthy Sistas.Wealthy Sistas is a weekly program that interviews 6 and 7-figure earning women of color.

 

Her most recent accomplishment is a feature in the book, Mastering the Art of Success, alongside such greats as Les Brown, Mark Victor Hansen, and Jack Canfield.

Deborah’s main focus has been to be a student of people. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Sociology with a minor in Anthropology from Georgia StateUniversity; pursued MBA studies at Keller University with a concentration in Human Resources; and received numerous civic and private association awards. Her extensive international travel has helped to develop a great appreciation forall cultures, as reflected in her training sessions held worldwide.

Deborah remains one of the most motivational and inspirational speakers of our day. Her down-to-earth style, real-life stories, southern charm, charisma and practical insights has audience’s begging for more. She currently resides in Greenville, SC with her daughter.
